Connor Shiffert is a tattooer and oil painter from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  She started her tattooing career in Kutztown, PA in 2013 while attending Kutztown University for Fine Arts.  Almost a decade later, she is just as passionate about the industry as she was since the day she started. It was that same love that would bring her to opening Iron Thorn Tattoo Co. in March of 2019.

Her work is, but is not limited to, large scale session work and cover-ups.  Connor primarily works in full color and her tattoos reflect her painting background.  Soft and complex color palettes, smooth blends and occasionally modeled off paint and brushstroke properties.  Her favorite subject matter is flower, animals, and people.

When Connor isn't tattooing, she is chasing her 8 year old daughter around, oil painting and collaborating with her husband on woodwork and metal projects.  She enjoys cooking, crime documentaries and horseback riding.

You can find her at Iron Thorn Tattoo Co. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 7 pm.
